This isnt just the citizen's work. When I was coming home from uni on the day of the Kilinochchi Capture there were HUGE lines of firecrackers lined up by the road by the townhall and around the roundabout too. That's a LOT of Firecrackers. And by that time there wasn't any news of the Kilinochchi capture broadcasted on any channel. As soon as the news broadcast announced the Kilinochchi capture everything started to explode. I leave you to figure out whose behind this firecracker mania. :D

Yes, we should celebrate. But not with those stupid fireworks. A musical event is a good choice to celebrate this marvellous moment.

Well, this can't be compared to a cricket match. Think about our warriors who get injured and permanently disabled in these battles. Think about how many lives they have sacrificed to reach this remarkable moment.

We must take care of our warriors. People should not waste money on silly things.
